Her daughter got married and conceived after yr. Pt was very happy. Now her daughter, had an abortion a week before. Pt is moraly very sensitive lady.

Complaint of vomiting after taking food and water…… from 3 days

Pt. Javed G. Bachy g. Just dying. Dil damagh mary control ma nain. Repeating same.

Abdomen swell up. Khati kuch nain. Gas kharij nain hoti.
(Weeping telling during).

Observation

Ajeeb c batain kr rhai ha. Over worried her problem. Im too weak. Meri condition theek nain ha. Bhut weak……

Pt visit me in emergency condition. Her family members are worried.

Physical exam: abdomen soft but pt feel tenderness.
BP. normal.
All vital sign are normal.
